The summer vacation season is here and a new survey shows that there has been little change in the number of vacation days offered to exempt employees since 2005.

USA - Black & Veatch Launches New Management Succession Planning Service to Address Aging Workforce Challenges

Electric and water utilities are faced with the prospect of losing up to 60 percent of their top management and other key workers to retirement by 2010.
