UK - Unemployment At 3.8%

The unemployment rate stands at 3.8% - (-0.4% compared with same quarter last year), the lowest since late 1974.

32.70 million people were in work in the January to March 2019 quarter according to the labour force survey (LFS). This was 99,000 more than the previous quarter and 354,000 higher than the same quarter last year.
