USA - Gender Stereotyping

A new survey has found that gender stereotyping continues to be a key barrier to the advancement of women in corporate leadership and leaves women leaders with limited and conflicting options.

Men and women are different. Let's face it. There are some things men do better than women. And there are things women are better at. A smart employer should be able to use each person's strong suit.

Gender stereotyping is a bias, there is nothing that would stop women empowerment in anyway. It will and it must happen
