Statistics Canada reported that employment rose by 54,000 (+0.3%) mainly part-time jobs in November and the unemployment rate fell by 0.4% to 6.5%.

This is an interesting post, especially for someone who doesn't know much about HR and Canadian unemployment statistics. However, it's good to see there are HR professionals across Canada posting these sorts of statistics. Maybe I shouldn't be surprised - with great HR programs across Canada at schools like Centennial College - we are in good hands.
